Ripplemakers Documentary
Davencare has joined together with The Horse Media to create a documentary film about giving in Australia. Uncovering inspiring people behind innovative and passionate acts of philanthropy, Ripplemakers redefines "giving" unlocking the philanthropist in everyone and showcasing how important individuals are to the giving landscape; whether they be donating money, fundraising, volunteering their time and talent or approaching the world with a people first attitude.
There are so many barriers and reasons why people don’t give. Through these stories, we want to craft an evocative and inspirational film, which will not only highlight and elevate the work of a range of specific and captivating causes, but will also empower the next generation, making them realise where they fit in - strengthening the giving landscape in Australia and disrupting what it means to “be a philanthropist”.
